USA Shipping Notice
Shipping to the United States is now available again via Taiwan Post.
Due to updated U.S. customs regulations, import duties and customs-related fees may be required and may be prepaid through Taiwan Post’s customs service when applicable.
Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and local USPS delivery conditions.
Shipping Methods & Time
Most orders will be shipped via Chunghwa Post EMS or DHL Express. You can select your preferred shipping method in your shopping cart, and the corresponding postage will be displayed in the cart.
- Order Processing: 1–2 working days
- EMS: 4–7 days (Tracked Service)
- DHL EXPRESS: 3–5 business days (Tracked Service)
