USA Shipping Notice

Shipping to the United States is available via Taiwan Post / EMS.

Due to updated U.S. customs regulations, import duties and customs-related fees may be required and may be prepaid through Taiwan Post’s customs service when applicable.

Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and local USPS delivery conditions.

Shipping Methods & Time

Most international orders will be shipped via Chunghwa Post / EMS, depending on the destination country, package size, and available shipping service.

Available shipping methods and postage will be shown at checkout based on the delivery destination and package size.

- Order Processing: 1–2 working days
- EMS: 4–7 business days, tracked service

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only. Delivery delays caused by customs clearance, local postal processing, holidays, or other factors beyond our control may occur.

Import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because the recipient does not complete customs clearance, does not pay import duties/taxes, refuses the package, provides an incorrect address, or fails to collect the package, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Any return shipping fees, carrier fees, or related costs may be deducted from the refund if applicable.

Important Notice for Liquids and Chemical Products

Some liquid or chemical products, such as oil, glue, and traction compounds, may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on the destination country and postal regulations.

Shipping availability for these items may vary by destination, product type, and package quantity.

If an item cannot be shipped to your country, we may contact you to adjust the order, remove the restricted item, or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
