Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All included parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be returned.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items that have been installed, assembled, modified, scratched, damaged, used, or returned with missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact us at:

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

After your return request has been approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

Unless the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect due to an error by MTTR Racing, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If an item is defective, damaged during delivery, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at mttr.rcltd@gmail.com.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video showing the product, packaging, and shipping label

We will review the information and provide an appropriate solution.

Returned or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned because of any of the following reasons:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs charges were not paid

  • The recipient refused delivery

  • The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete

  • The carrier was unable to contact the recipient

  • The recipient failed to collect the parcel

  • Delivery could not be completed for reasons outside the control of MTTR Racing

the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Any return shipping charges, customs charges, storage fees, handling fees, or other costs charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.

A refund will only be considered after the returned parcel has been received and inspected by MTTR Racing.

If the customer requests the parcel to be shipped again, the customer will be responsible for all new shipping charges and any related fees.

Import Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated otherwise.

Failure to pay import duties or taxes may result in the shipment being delayed, returned, or disposed of by the carrier or customs authority.

MTTR Racing is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs procedures or unpaid import charges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered products

  • Personalized or modified products

  • Products that have been installed, assembled, used, modified, or damaged

  • Products with missing parts, packaging, or accessories

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, adhesives, oils, or chemical products where return shipping is restricted

Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a product is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item after receiving approval and then place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

If an order has already been processed or collected by the carrier, it will be treated according to the return conditions stated in this policy.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, as required by applicable consumer law.

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging, with all parts and proof of purchase included.

This right does not apply to products that are custom-made, personalized, modified, or otherwise excluded under applicable law.

Unless required by applicable law or the return is caused by an error by MTTR Racing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

The following amounts may be deducted from the refund where applicable:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • Customs duties or import charges

  • Carrier handling or storage fees

  • Costs caused by missing parts, damaged packaging, or reduced product condition

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for us to process the refund.

Your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
