Some products may require technical knowledge, modification, adjustment, correct tools, or professional installation.

The customer is responsible for:

Ensuring that the vehicle remains safe and suitable for use

MTTR Racing is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, excessive tightening, modification, misuse, racing accidents, improper setup, incompatible parts, normal wear, or failure to maintain the vehicle.

Performance results may vary depending on vehicle setup, track conditions, driving style, tires, electronics, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific racing results or performance improvements.

SECTION 5 — PRICES AND CURRENCY

Product prices may change without prior notice.

Prices displayed in currencies other than our store’s base currency may be estimates generated by a currency conversion application.

The final amount charged may vary depending on PayPal, your bank, card issuer, payment provider, exchange rate, or transaction fees.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, product prices do not include destination-country import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other government charges.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

A shipment may be considered undeliverable if:

The carrier cannot contact the recipient
The recipient does not collect the shipment
Customs clearance cannot be completed

If a shipment is returned for any of these reasons:

The original shipping charge is non-refundable
Return shipping charges may be deducted from any refund
Customs, storage, handling, disposal, or carrier charges may be deducted from any refund
A refund will only be considered after the returned parcel has been received and inspected
Any new shipment will require payment of new shipping charges and related fees

MTTR Racing is not required to pay destination-country duties or taxes on behalf of a customer.

SECTION 11 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy published on this website.

Products must not be returned without prior approval.

Where a return is accepted, the customer must follow the return instructions provided by MTTR Racing.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is caused by an error by MTTR Racing.

Refunds may be reduced by return shipping charges, carrier fees, customs charges, missing parts, damaged packaging, or reduced product condition where applicable.
